Our site serves as an online temple for the Hare Krishna Movement on the Big Island of Hawaii. You can participate in a daily Srimad Bhagavatam classes, Bhagavad Gita Classes, and seminars online or at select locations on the Big Island. We list updated information on events and upcoming festivals along with Vaisnava holidays in our Calendar section. Coming soon devtional items and literature will be available online for purchase.

ISKCON of Hawaii's Mission

Once Srila Prabhupada (Founder/Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness) said: “If you feel at all indebted to me then you should preach vigorously like me. That is the proper way to repay the spiritual master." Our purpose is to fulfill this order of Srila Prabhupada, assisting him by spreading the message of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu locally on the Big Island of Hawaii and throughout the world. Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is the Personality of Godhead, Sri Krishna Himself. His desire must be fulfilled. In the Chaitanya Caritamrita (Cc. Madhya 7.128) Mahaprabhu says: "yare dekha, tare kaha ‘krsna’-upadesa “Whomever you meet, simply talk with them about the instructions given by Krishna or describe the narrations of Krishna.” This is our goal and our mission.
